企业发展中不可或缺的一部分。本案是一家中大型金融投资公司，金融行业不同于其他行业，对于金融行业而言，给人的第一印象往往
需要沉稳大气，大方得体，需要给前来洽谈的客户一种莫大的信任感。在设计上，设计师遵循凸显金融公司品位与格调大气的原则，在
结构上采用开放式与独立空间相结合，打造出一个张弛有度的沉稳空间。

In the context of global economic uncertainty, the financial technology investment industry is driving the transformation of
financial investment companies, in order to meet their changing competitive needs, the transformation of the office environment
is an indispensable part of enterprise development. This case is a large and medium-sized Financial Investment Company. The
financial industry is different from other industries. For the financial industry, the first impression often needs to be calm and
graceful,need to come to negotiate with the customer a great sense of trust. In the design, the designers follow the principle of
highlighting the taste and style of the financial company, in the structure of the open and independent space, to create a
moderate tension and calm space.

“前 厅”

[ VESTIBULE : 张力沉稳 ]

入门背景墙简约不简单，背景墙前小景怡人，干净整洁凸显公司恢弘大气之感的同时不失优雅小趣。

Simple background wall entry is not simple, the background wall in front of the small scenery pleasant, clean and tidy highlights
the company’s sense of grandeur while losing elegant small fun.

由大理石与木饰面共同打造的前厅区域，在金属线条的点缀下宽敞明亮，沉稳大气。统一方向的木饰面背景搭配整块大理石将空间装点，两
边的绿植小景丰富前厅整体层次。简洁的空间并不显空旷反而富有张力，一石一木中彰显出美融投资的企业魅力。

The area of the Front Hall, which is made of marble and wood, is bright and calm under the embellishment of metal lines. Unified
Direction of the wood background with the whole marble will decorate the space, both sides of the small landscape rich in the
overall level of the front hall. Simple space is not empty but full of tension, a stone in a wood to highlight the United States financial
investment in the corporate charm.

“茶 水 间”

[ TEE ROOM : 平静温馨 ]

茶水间是一个公司在高强度工作之下的一处放松之地，尤其是本案这种专注力高度紧张的公司，茶水间整体采用原木材质，半开放式设计使
该区域沟通性联结性增强，材质不管是视觉上还是质感上都让人充满了平静舒适的感觉。

The Tea Room is a place for companies to relax under the high intensity of their work, especially in this case a company with a
high intensity of focus. The tea room is made entirely of raw wood, and the semi-open design enhances the connectivity of the
area, materials, both visual and textural, are filled with a sense of calm and comfort.

茶水间的设计风格上，考虑到茶水间的主要目的更偏向于员工休息功能，更偏向于选用舒适、暖色系的木材与灯光搭配，

“办 公 区 域”

[ OFFICE AREA : 舒适简约 ]

越简单的空间往往越令人专注，经典灰与木质色彩的搭配，为公共办公空间带来和谐静谧的氛围。加上顶面灯光的点缀，营造出灵动明亮且
通透的空间感，一种暗藏张力的艺术在空间中铺陈开来。

The simpler the space is, the more attentive it is. The combination of classic grey and wood colors brings a harmonious and tranquil
atmosphere to the public office space. Plus the top of the lighting, creating a smart bright and transparent sense of space, a hidden
tension of the art in the space spread out.

公议室整体给人一种简约明净的感觉，整面墙落地窗干净简洁，线条利落简单，没有多余曲线。大面积原木色给严肃的空间带来一丝平和，
带来一种低调的宁静感，沉稳而内敛。

The Council room as a whole gives people a simple and clear feeling. The floor to ceiling windows on the whole wall are clean
and simple, the lines are neat and simple, and there are no redundant curves. A large area of log color brings a trace of peace
to the serious space and a low-key sense of tranquility, calm and introverted.

走进被木质与线条包裹的办公柜空间中，仿佛身处几何秀场，直击装饰最前线。避免了空间的平白无趣，时尚气息扑鼻而来，实用与美观
并存，彰显个性的同时不失沉稳大气。

办公室区域延续整体风格，空间中大面积运用木质元素巧妙安置在各个角落，中式风格软装小景搭配其中，可谓处处为风景，在保证空间
美观度的同时兼顾空间实用度，舒适、温润、沉稳在此空间中体现的淋漓尽致。
